Selecting a provider of collateral audit services is a decision
critical to your business, one that requires careful consideration.
Obvious questions emerge in an examination of candidate firms:
What is the calibre and value of their service? How quickly
do they respond? Are their services reasonably priced relative
to their quality? Is the chemistry “positive”?
Ultimately, the right firm will be one that understands your
needs, your clients’ businesses, and the resource constraints
you are facing. One that can deliver quality services at a
competitive rate. We believe S. Funtig & Associates Inc.
can meet all of these requirements.
Collateral audits are conducted by our Asset Based Lending
Support Group. This group provides collateral audits, due
diligence and other specific engagements for asset based and
conventional lenders. Centrally located in Windsor, Ontario
to serve Canadian and U.S. clients, the group draws upon resources
across Canada and the U.S., as required.
Our group has extensive experience supplying collateral audits
to varying clients. Some of our more notable clients are CIT,
Comerica Bank, Royal Bank and CIBC. Collateral audits would
be conducted by experienced staff who have an accounting designation
(CA, CPA).
S. Funtig & Associates Inc. is also committed to continuous
education and improvement by being involved with the Commercial
Finance Association and attending various workshops and seminars
to stay in the forefront of the asset based lending industry.
We know that you are seeking cost effective, high quality
professional support whose deployment you can rely on to conduct
collateral audits. As set out above, we believe that S. Funtig
