Call for Expressions of Interest
S. Funtig & Associates Inc. in its capacity as Court Appointed Receiver and Manager of the assets of Wyandotte/Ouellette Parking Garage Limited Partnership invites Expressions of Interest to purchase the assets of the Limited Partnership.
The assets being offered for sale consist of:
A multi-level parking garage situated on a site containing approximately 27,051 sq.ft located at
36-48 Wyandotte Street East Windsor Ontario.
Expressions are to be submitted by 2:00 p.m. (Windsor time) January 26, 2006.
